Booking Deposit
A deposit of about 25% of the service price is required when booking and is applied to your final total.
Cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no shows are charged 40% of the service price.
Lash Fills
At least 50% of extensions remaining for a 2 week fill, 40% for a 3 week fill. Otherwise a full set is required.
Nano Brows Care
Before Your Brow Appointment
- No alcohol, caffeine, aspirin, ibuprofen or fish oil 24 to 48 hours before.
- Stop retinol, AHAs and chemical peels on the area 2 weeks before.
- No brow waxing, tinting or threading 1 week before.
- Avoid sun tanning and Botox in the area 2 weeks before.
Brow Aftercare
- Keep the area clean and dry for 7 to 10 days. Avoid heavy sweating, swimming, saunas and steam.
- Gently blot with clean tissue and apply a thin layer of aftercare balm as instructed.
- Do not pick, scratch or peel flakes. Let them fall off naturally.
- No makeup on the brows until fully healed.
- Protect from direct sun; once healed, use SPF to keep color lasting longer.
Lash Extension Aftercare
- Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
- Use oil free cleanser and makeup remover only.
- Brush lashes gently every morning with a clean spoolie.
- Avoid mascara, lash curlers and sleeping face down.
- Book fills every 2 to 3 weeks to keep them full.
Lash Lift & Brow Lamination
- Avoid water, steam and makeup on the area for 24 to 48 hours.
- Do not rub or sleep face down the first night.
- Lash lift lasts 6 to 8 weeks; brow lamination lasts 4 to 6 weeks.
- Use a nourishing lash and brow serum to keep hairs healthy.

What does brow healing look like?

Who should not get permanent makeup brows?
